What do we mean by Restaurant Carpet Cleaning The Right Way?
We clean restaurant carpet at a few locations, having clients in Ponoka, Rimbey, Sylvan Lake Bentley and Red Deer. As the title of this post suggests, we believe we are cleaning them the right way, which is the professional and ethical approach to carpet cleaning restaurants. Its not just about cleaning them though.
When first asked to clean, we like to sit down with the owner or manager and discuss their expectations, especially if the restaurant is a really busy one but has not been cleaned for several months (or even years). Often, and quite frankly, the expectation is high but the budget lets this expectation down. However, if we don’t address this most important issue, then we are letting the client down and wasting their time and ours because they are less inclined to pay for poor service. So the first thing we do is discuss what can be done at various levels, from removing black top (that awful black sticky grease coating seen in walkways and usually worst at the kitchen entrance) to moving tables and chairs. We can do it all but time and therefore money can be saved if you have someone that can do it while we get on with the cleaning.
So, once we discuss the expectations and cost of this first cleaning, we book to do the work and after completion we present our invoice for payment. At this time we ensure everything is as expected (at a minimum) and then re-schedule the cleaning for a regular maintenance package. Again, if this is not in the budget, thats OK but it would be remiss of us not to offer to keep the carpets looking clean on a regular basis. We dont commit to cleaning too many restaurants but we would certainly be happy to chat with you if you have any concerns about the current state of your carpets or tile.
